Upstream Exploration LLC has reported a successful well recompletion in Breton Sound Block 31 Field located in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana.
The well initially flowed approximately 884 gross BOPD and 7.3 Mmcf/d, with very little water on a 24/64 inch choke with a flowing tubing pressure of 10,700 psi. The well is currently producing at approximately 1,775 BOPD and 12.1 Mmcf/d.
The well was originally drilled in 2015 to a total vertical depth of 17,322 feet. Upstream has produced over 82,000 barrels of oil and 700 million cubic feet of gas from this recompletion through April 1, 2019.
Upstream is the operator with a 100% working interest in the well.
