After a Slow 1Q 2019, Permian Frac Fleets Getting Back to Work

After a slow start to to the year, we have observed the Permian Frac fleets increasing.
At the end of 1Q 2019, we observed 165 fleets in the Permian Basin, that is up from 106 at the end of 2018. The completion/frac disclosures from select operators shows that some operator plan to increase activity by as much as 27%.
