Cimarron Energy Names New CFO

Cimarron Energy, Inc. has named Richard J. Wilkie as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Cimarron Energy was recapitalized by Turnbridge Capital Partners in a carve-out purchase from the Curtiss Wright Corporation in December 2014.
Mr. Larry Holdge, President of Cimarron said, "We are delighted to have Rich join us as our Chief Financial Officer. To be able to attract a candidate with Rich's expertise in accounting, finance, and legal matters is a tribute to the exciting future all of the members of the management team see for the newly-independent Cimarron Energy.
Mr. Wilkie said, "I look forward to joining Larry and the rest of the management team in helping to expand Cimarron's product line and geographic reach. The Company has a very capable resource base which we will continue to scale to support our future growth."
Mr. Wilkie was most recently a partner in the Houston law office of Akin Gump where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial and securities transactions. Mr. Wilkie is also a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his B.B.A. degree in accounting and his J.D. at the University of Texas in Austin.
