Sintana Energy Inc. has reported that Mr. Grant Fagerheim has resigned as a Director of the Company, effective as of January 1, 2014.
He recently advised the Board that he no longer has sufficient available time to effectively fulfill his role as a Director.
Mr. Keith Spickelmier, Executive Chairman of Sintana, stated, "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Grant for his contributions to the Company and wish him great success in his future endeavours."
