Commodity Snapshot: Oil Prices Dip After Rallying on OPEC Compromise, Gas Dives 19%

Weekly Commodity Snapshot - 11/30 to 12/7

WTI largely rose last week on news of the OPEC compromise, but dipped on Monday 12/7, likely due to the surge in COVID-19 cases.

As of Friday, prices were $46.16/barrel. By early Monday morning, prices fell a slight 1.1% to $45.65/barrel.

Natural gas prices dropped off noticeably from the start of last week, falling by 19% to $2.40 as of Monday 12/7.
