Devon, Crosstex Seal Midstream Deal; Create New Power Player

Devon Energy Corporation and Crosstex Energy have finalized the creation of of a new midstream power player.
The companies, named EnLink Midstream, LLC and EnLink Midstream Partners, LP, are the result of combining substantially all of Devon’s U.S. midstream assets with the assets of the former Crosstex Energy, Inc. and Crosstex Energy, L.P.
