Diamondback Energy Inc. subsidiary Energen Corp. has commenced a cash tender offer to purchase any and all of Energen's 4.625% Senior Notes due 2021.
As of May 15, 2020, Energen had $400 million aggregate principal amount of the notes outstanding.
Holders of the notes will be eligible to receive total cash consideration of $1,010.00 per $1,000 principal amount of notes, plus any accrued and unpaid interest up to, but not including, the settlement date, which is expected to occur on May 26, 2020.
