Gear Energy's Credit Facility Increased +53% to $115MM

Concurrent with the closing of its recent acquisition of Steppe Resources, Gear Energy's credit facilities have been increased by $40 million to an aggregate principal amount of up to $115 million (a +53% increase).

Approximately $69 million has been drawn, net of cash on hand, as of September 21, 2018.
