NWest Energy Corp. announces that Bill Fleming is appointed to the Board of Directors of NWest Energy Corp. and as CFO of the corporation.
Mr. Fleming has an extensive business background with national and international companies. Mr. Fleming has been VP E-Commerce for GlobeNet Communications and is presently serving as a member, director and co-founder of Goose Bay Capital Corporation. Mr. Fleming also has served with senior executive teams dealing with equity and debt financings. He is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.Mr. Fleming replaces Robert Webb, who has resigned as a Board of Director of NWest Energy to focus on other interests. The Board of Directors of NWest would like to thank him for his significant contributions to the corporation.
Mr. Fleming also replaces Rob Randall, who has resigned as CFO of NWest. Mr. Randall will stay on with NWest in a consultancy capacity to the company.
