The OPEC 'technical meeting' set to take place on Wednesday March 18 has been called off as Saudi Arabia and Russia's attempts at mediation have hit another stalemate, according to multiple reports.
Sources noted that the meeting "has been called off" and made no other comment in regard to the development. It is unclear if it will be rescheduled.
