Petromanas Announces Double Resignation of Board Members

Petromanas Energy Inc. today announced that Mr. Heinz J. Scholz and Mr. Werner Ladweinhave resigned from the Company's Board of Directors to focus on other commitments, effective immediately.
Mr. Verne Johnson, Chairman of Petromanas, said "I want to sincerely thank Heinz and Werner for their numerous contributions to Petromanas as the Company grew and evolved over the past few years and wish them well in their future endeavours,"
