Raimount Energy Sees Resignation of Board Director

Raimount Energy Inc. has announced that Christopher Wigg tendered his resignation from the Company's Board of Directors on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 to focus on other interest.
Gregory A. Vavra, President of Raimount, said "We are grateful for Mr. Wigg's assistance over the past years and wish him success in his future endeavours."
Raimount plans to fill the position left vacant by Mr. Wigg's resignation at the next Annual Shareholders Meeting in 2014.
