Rig Count : Permian Operators Cut Rigs by 10; Marcellus add 6

Permian Operators continue to cut rig counts, and this is in keeping with revised plans. Apache, Diamondback, Parsley all said they plan to cut rig count for 2019 vs 2018.
This week we saw operators in the permian cut another 10 rigs from their drilling programs.

Apache lowered it's permian Basin rig count this week to 13
Jagged Peak, Sable Permian and Surge all reduced their rig count by -1.
