Oil exports from Saudi Arabia to the US are poised to hit the lowest level in decades, according to multiple reports.

While the US saw a surge of imports from the country in April and May, this month has seen only one tanker (carrying 133,000 barrels) deployed en route to the US.

As of June 16, no further imports from Saudi are expected in the near future.

Should imports continue to be low for the remainder of 2020, analysts estimate that US imports from Saudi will hit the lowest point since 1985 (35 years).
