Sonoro Energy Ltd. has announced the addition of Mr. Thierry Lenoir to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Lenoir is Chief Financial Officer of Geopetrol International Holding Inc., a private international oil and gas group and owner of 54.77% of Sonoro's outstanding common shares. Prior to joining Geopetrol, Mr. Lenoir held senior finance positions with a multinational manufacturing and finance company. In addition to his international energy industry experience through Geopetrol, Mr. Lenoir's experience includes turnaround and corporate restructuring projects in Germany, France and the United Kingdom. He is qualified as an American Certified Public Accountant and has served as Audit and Business Advisory Manager with Price Waterhouse in Geneva, Switzerland.
