Southcross CCO Elected Chairman of Texas Pipeline Association

Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. has reported that Michael T. Hunter, Vice Chairman and Chief Commercial Officer of Southcross’ general partner, has been elected Chairman of the Texas Pipeline Association.
Comprising 48 member companies, the Texas Pipeline Association is the largest and only trade association in the country which solely represents the interests of intrastate pipelines.
Mr. Hunter has served as Vice Chairman and Chief Commercial Officer of Southcross’ general partner since October 2012 and previously served as its President. He has nearly 40 years of experience in the energy industry, having held various management and board positions in several energy companies.
In addition to serving as the Chairman of the Texas Pipeline Association, Mr. Hunter currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Texas Energy Reliability Council.
