Cereris Resource Development, LLC (CRD) is a private oil and natural gas exploration and production company based in Fort Worth, Texas.  CRD was co-founded by Rob Jacobs and Don Gann in partnership with Pearl Energy Investments, L.P. in 2017.

CRD is focused on high quality, low risk assets in East Texas.  To date, CRD has acquired nearly 23,000 net acres and operates over 200 wells in Panola, Harrison and Rusk counties. Management has extensive experience in acquiring, operating and developing assets in East Texas and North Louisiana.  Additionally, the team has technical and commercial experience in most onshore U.S. Basins.
