Charger Resources II, LLC is a DFW based energy company formed in October of 2015 and is a new start-up with many of the same partners of the highly successful Charger Resources LLC exploration and exploitation company.  Charger I and Charger II started with equity commitments from Natural Gas Partners and company management.

Charger Resources, LLC, operated from September 2010 through May 2015 in the Rocky Mountain region; primarily in the Powder River Basin.  Charger successfully operated over 200 wells on 45,000 net leasehold acres, prior to selling its asset position. The company is opportunity driven in areas where its staff has the core of their experience.
