SEC current oil and gas assets are located in the Delaware Basin, Texas; DJ Basin, Wyoming; Marcellus, Pennsylvania; and Deepwater Gulf of Mexico
SEC and its operating subsidiaries Samson Exploration, LLC and Samson Offshore, LLC are privately held energy companies with their headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and offices in Houston, Texas and Golden, Colorado. The companies have a proven track record of using a collaborative team structure to quickly analyze and pursue promising opportunities.
