Three Rivers Operating Company IV LLC is a privately held oil and natural gas company headquartered in Austin, Texas with an operational focus in the Permian Basin. Since the inception of the first Three Rivers entity in early 2009, we have made over 15 acquisitions, aggregated over 380,000 net acres, drilled over 300 wells, and operated over 1,000 wells. Over the course of Three Rivers I, Three Rivers II, and Three Rivers III, our team has generated total sales proceeds of more than $3 billion with total profits over $1.4 billion. Our primary investor is Riverstone Holdings LLC, a private equity fund based in New York specializing in investments across the entire energy sector.

Three Rivers IV was formed in November 2018 following the successful sale of our prior oil and natural gas assets. Our track record includes the monetization of three separate companies since the beginning of 2012:

• Three Rivers I – Closed sale to Concho Resources in July 2012. Assets included approximately 200,000 net acres in the Delaware and Midland Basins and net production of 8,000 boe/d
• Three Rivers II – Closed sale to Occidental Petroleum in December 2014. Assets included approximately 125,000 net acres in the Delaware and Midland Basins and net production of 10,000 boe/d
• Three Rivers III – Closed midstream sale to Salt Creek Midstream in January 2018. Closed upstream sale to Admiral Permian Resources in April 2018. Assets included approximately 59,000 net acres in the Delaware Basin and net production of 15,000 boe/d
