Lenders Boost WildHorse's Borrowing Base 44% to $650MM
WildHorse reported that its borrowing base was increased to $650 million (up 44% from $450 million).
Also, in connection with the closure of its latest Eagle Ford acquisition, WRD’s Board of Directors has elected two representatives from The Carlyle Group to the Board of Directors, Brian A. Bernasek and Martin W. Sumner.
