Atlas Pipeline Sees Gains Ahead of Proposed Merger with Targa

Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. reported adjusted earnings before interest, income taxes, depreciation and amortization, of $106.6 million for the third quarter of 2014.  Processed natural gas volumes averaged 1,566 million cubic feet per day, a 14% increase over the third quarter of 2013.
