Blue Knight Set to Inflate CapEx with Three New Projects

Blue Knight Energy Partners have several growth projects in the pipeline to take advantage of fast-growing shale plays that need access to the gulf market.  If any of the potential growth projects are started, Blue Knight's capital budget for 2015 will certainly exceed its historical spend since 2010 dramatically.

The East Texas Woodbine Pipeline project would deliver oil from the eaglebine play to a Houston terminal system, also part of the construction.  The decision to follow through with the project is expected soon, given as mid 2014.  The initial capacity could slightly more than double from 90,000 bopd to 190,000 bopd as the play develops.

Blue Knight is also proposing an extension to the Pecos River Pipeline to alleviate Delaware Basin takeaway capacity bottlenecks.
