CP Energy Closes Deal With Resolute For Southern Delaware Basin Acreage; $160 Million
Today CP Energy is annoucing that it has closed on its deal with Resolute Energy. The deal was annouced back on March 3, 2017 and Shale Experts Research Group was able to identify CP Energy as the seller. The assets were 2,200 net acres and 2,400 net acres in northern and southern Reeves county for $160 million.
