Calfrac to Reactivate DJ Basin Frac Fleet, Vaca Muerta Work Increases;
Expectations of higher demand were realized and the consistency of work volumes exceeded forecasts which was responsible for the significant improvement in this segment's financial results. The Company is in the final stages of reactivating two incremental fleets in Colorado with contributions expected for at least half of the second quarter.
The efforts of the Argentinean government to attract investment into the country's oil and gas sector appear to be moving forward. With multiple E&P companies having announced significant investment plans for the country, the Company believes that it will benefit from increasing activity this year.
