Chevron Shuts In Natural Gas Pipeline to Louisiana Hub

Chevron Pipeline has shut in a natural gas pipeline that feeds a main Louisiana supply point after an incident which killed a contractor the previous day, according to a report from Reuters.
The closed gas pipeline feeds into the Henry Hub, the benchmark supply point in Louisiana.
Chevron has depressurized the gathering line to allow safe repair. The company has not stated when the pipeline will be back online.
