Endeavor Energy CEO Retires; COO Robertson to Absorb Role

Endeavor Energy Resources reported the retirement of Chief Executive Officer Chuck Meloy effective September 24, 2020.

Internal successor Lance Robertson, Chief Operations Officer and Senior Vice President of Development, will assume the role of CEO.

About Robertson

Lance Robertson joined Endeavor as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Development in January 2017. He became a member of the Board of Directors in August 2018. Mr. Robertson has an extensive background, with 22 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry, and was most recently Vice President for US Unconventional Resources at Marathon Oil Company, including their resource developments in the Bakken, Eagle Ford and Anadarko Basin areas along with Technology Application, Land, Supply Chain and North America Exploration efforts through August 2016. Prior to his assignment at Marathon, Mr. Robertson served as Vice President for Engineering and Exploitation at Pioneer Natural Resources Company. Mr. Robertson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Executive MBA program.
