Extraction Oil & Gas CFO Departs; Successor Named

Extraction Oil & Gas CFO Departs; Successor Named

Extraction Oil & Gas, Inc. announced that Russell T. Kelley, Jr., Extraction's Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from the Company, effective September 15, 2019, to pursue other interests.

Tom Brock has been designated by the Board of Directors to assume the role of principal financial officer of the Company and will continue in his current role as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer.

Extraction also announced that the Board has appointed Marianella Foschi as vice president, finance, effective September 15, 2019.

About Brock

Mr. Brock has served as the Company's Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, since 2016 and has over 21 years of energy-focused accounting experience. Mr. Brock began his career with KPMG LLP, where he held various positions serving clients in the energy industry. Mr. Brock holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University and is a CPA licensed in the State of Texas.

About Foschi

Ms. Foschi had previously served as Extraction's director of finance since 2015. Prior to that, Ms. Foschi had served in previous roles in energy finance, including with Blackstone's GSO Capital Partners as well as with Credit Suisse in its Oil and Gas Investment Banking group. Ms. Foschi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
