Keystone XL Pipeline Rejected by President Obama, Secretary of State Kerry

Keystone XL Pipeline Rejected by President Obama, Secretary of State Kerry

President Obama has rejected the Keystone XL Pipeline project headed by TransCanada, according to a report from CNN. 

Secretary of State John Kerry stated the project is not in the country's national security interest. President Obama announced from the White House that he agreed with the decision.

The seven-year wait for approval has run a $2.5 Billion dollar bill for TransCanada.
