Lime Rock Makes Executive Promotions

Lime Rock reported the promotion of Greg Highberger to the position of managing director as well as the promotions of Blair Barlow, Anu Mehta, Andrew Gautier-Winther, and Ben Burns.

Mr. Highberger joined the Lime Rock Partners team in 2006 and rejoined the firm after attending Harvard Business School in 2010.  He has played a leadership role in executing E&P and oilfield services investments worldwide and currently focuses predominantly on the oilfield service sector.

John Reynolds, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Lime Rock, said, “As Lime Rock enters our nineteenth year, we have started to reap the benefits of building an investment team ‘by the draft,’ with emerging leaders who carry the firm’s culture and experience.  Greg is a prime example of this: an investor who started with us young and has developed broad skills, diverse experience, and a strong voice as we execute our strategy.”

Blair Barlow, who has worked in Lime Rock’s U.S. and international offices since 2008, was promoted to the title of director.  He has executed Lime Rock Partners investments worldwide, with a particular focus on E&P and Canada.  Anu Mehta was promoted to the role of deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer after five years in roles of increasing responsibility in corporate governance, compliance, and M&A.  Andrew Gautier-Winther, who joined the firm in 2012, was promoted to vice president, and Ben Burns was promoted to senior associate after two years at the firm.   All four team members are or will be based in Houston.
