New Source Energy Partners L.P. announced that Charles Lee Reynolds III has retired from his position as a director on the Board of Directors of New Source Energy Partners GP, LLC, New Source's general partner, effective immediately.
Additionally, the Partnership announced that Richard D. Finley has been appointed to the Board of its general partner, effective immediately. Mr. Finley will step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer of the Partnership's general partner concurrent with his appointment to the Board.
Kristian Kos, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, said: "Lee has been a valuable part of the New Source team since joining the Board in 2014. We appreciate Lee's contributions to the Partnership and we wish him continued success in his future endeavors."
Concurrent with the announcement of Mr. Reynolds' retirement from the Board of Directors, the Partnership announced the appointment of Mr. Richard D. Finley to the Board.
Kos adds: "Having served as our CFO, Richard has been a key member of the New Source team since inception. We are fortunate to retain Richard's underlying knowledge of the business along with his experience with the intricacies of MLPs by having him join our Board of Directors."
The Partnership does not presently intend to name a replacement for Mr. Finley.
