Regency Sustains Growth Boom; Inks Two More Midstream Mega-Deals

Regency Energy Partners LP has inked two substantial midstream deals in an effort to expand its footprint in the U.S. shale market.
Regency has signed a deal to acquire Eagle Rock Energy's midstream business segment. Eagle Rock’s midstream assets include approximately 8,100 miles of gathering pipeline and over 800 MMcf/d of processing plants and its cash flows are supported by large, long-term acreage dedications.
The second deal, which includes Hoover Energy Partners, will grow the company's asset base in the Delaware Basin of West Texas as well as the Wolfbone play.
