Rosetta Makes $400 MM Offer

Rosetta Resources Inc. has announced it intends to offer $400 million in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2024, subject to market and other conditions.
The Company intends to use all of the net proceeds from the proposed notes offering to repay borrowings outstanding under the Company's revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
