Rosetta Resources Inc. has reported the pricing of its public offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of its 5.875% Senior Notes due 2024.
The offering was upsized from the previously announced $400 million aggregate principal amount. The notes were priced at par. The sale of the notes is expected to settle on May 29, 2014, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The Company intends to use all of the net proceeds from the proposed notes offering to repay borrowings outstanding under the Company's revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, BMO Capital Markets and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering.
