Talisman Holdings, Inc. has reported a new, experienced management has been selected to direct the Company in an aggressive expansion campaign.

This move highlights the beginning of a new chapter for Talisman -- with fresh leadership dedicated to creating and designing a profile certain to strengthen the company and add bottom line value.

The credentials of this creative, imaginative management team are most impressive. Heading Company activities will be:

Barry Bevier of Vista, California, has been appointed President and a Director. Mr. Bevier has degrees in civil and geotechnical engineering, and has worked on engineering projects throughout the world, including geologic and geotechnical investigations. He has served as President and a board member of the California Geotechnical Engineers Association, and was appointed by the Governor as a technical advisor to the California Board of Engineers and Land Surveyors; and

Nolan D. Myers of Green Valley, Arizona has been appointed a Director. Mr. Myers has a distinguished business background and, of special significance to the company, he was a branch manager for the A.G. Edwards brokerage company. In that capacity he was a Vice President of Investments, and served as a member of the prestigious President's Council.

A Company spokesman said, "Clearly the mere involvement of individuals with such prestige, knowledge and reputation speaks volumes about the bright Talisman future. This is truly a case of out with the old and in with the new. Under their leadership we intend to be an idea incubator for today's innovations, and we've already made major moves forward and expect to be announcing exciting new projects in the immediate future."
