Cabot to Cease Eagle Ford Completions in Q4 in Favor of the Marcellus

- Running one rig and utilizing one 24-hour completion crew in the Eagle Ford Shale. The Company plans to maintain one rig for the remainder of the year and cease its completion activity for the year in October.
