Eagle Energy Names COO for Texas-Focused U.S. Subsidiary

Eagle Energy Trust has reported the appointment of Wayne Wisniewski as Chief Operating Officer of its U.S. subsidiary, Eagle Energy Acquisitions LP.

Mr. Wisniewski has held the position of Vice President, Operations at Eagle since September 2012. Prior to that, Wayne was a senior engineering and operations manager at a major international oil company.

Mr. Clark, Eagle's President and CEO, commented: "Wayne has been a valued addition to the Eagle team. His leadership platform of "excelling through the basics" has delivered solid results during his first year with Eagle. Wayne has been instrumental in attracting talented technical staff to Eagle, reducing operating costs, reducing declines, and returning our drilling program back to expected levels of performance. Eagle is well positioned to continue its strategy of sustaining distributions, and delivering accretive growth from its existing assets as well as by additional acquisitions."
