Crestwood Expecting Volume Growth Despite Low Prices

Crestwood Midstream Partners LP has reported its financial and operating results for the three months and twelve months ended December 31, 2014, and provided its 2015 outlook.

Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2014 Highlights Adjusted EBITDA in the fourth quarter 2014 was $117.7 million, a 29% increase over the fourth quarter 2013. Full-year 2014 Adjusted EBITDA totaled $442.5 million. Fourth quarter 2014 net loss totaled $60.4 million, compared to a net loss of $42.3 million in the fourth quarter 2013. Net loss for the year 2014 totaled $21.9 million. Net loss for the fourth quarter and full-year 2014 includes an $83.1 million non-cash charge for impairments of goodwill and other long-lived assets.
