Denbury's Stock Delisted from NYSE Following Bankruptcy Filing
Denbury Resources Inc. received notice that the NYSE will be delisting its common stock from trading on the NYSE and, as of July 31, 2020, indefinitely suspended trading of the stock.
This suspension and delisting is related to Denbury's recent bankruptcy filing.
Effective July 31, 2020, the Company's common stock will commence trading on the OTC Pink marketplace under the symbol "DNRCQ."
