Montney Operator Cuts 2019 Spending by 30%

Seven Generations Energy has approved a 2019 capital investment budget of $1.25 billion (this is $500 million (-29%) lower than its 2018 capex).

*The budget assumes WTI at $50 / barrel

Highlights: At US$50/bbl WTI, 2019 capital investments are projected to:
°  Approximately equal adjusted funds flow
°  Generate a cash return on invested capital greater than 13 percent

- $1.25B budget consists of:

$1.1B of maintenance capital ($780 million for core Nest 2 development / $320 million for Nest 1 and 3 development (both in the Montney)) $125 million for Lower Montney / Wapiti delineation $25 million for infrastructure projects

- 2019 Production: 200,000-205,000 BOEPD

This includes 75,000 BOEPD of condensate 2019 Montney Plans
