ExxonMobil Seals $4.5B Sale of Norwegian Assets

ExxonMobil has finalized its $4.5 billion sale of its Norwegian portfolio to Var Energi SA.
The closure occurred on December 10, 2019.
This sale is a part of Exxon's previously announced plans to divest approximately $15 billion in non-strategic assets by 2021.
