Sanchez Receives Another NYSE Warning as Market Cap Falls Below $50MM
Sanchez Energy Corp. has received notice from the NYSE that the company does not presently meet the additional NYSE continued listing standard due to the company's market cap being below $50 million over a period of 30 consecutive trading days.
Last month, Sanchez received its first warning from the NYSE due to its stock price being below $1.00.
The company plans to timely notify the NYSE that it intends to present a plan to meet the minimum market capitalization requirement.
